Beneficios de hacer deporte solo los fines de semana
- Es el primer paso para decir adiós al sedentarismo. El ritmo frenético de la mayor parte de las familias hace muy difícil compatibilizar la rutina diaria con el hábito del deporte. Pero es cierto que muchos adultos, y cada vez más niños, pierden demasiado tiempo delante de la televisión, el ordenador, la consola… Solo con un poco de fuerza de voluntad, esta hora diaria en el sofá, se puede cambiar por media hora de ejercicio moderado.

No importa si es una caminata, una intensa jornada de limpieza en casa o una tarde en bici con la familia. El deporte nos ayuda a mejorar nuestro estado físico y la autoestima, al tiempo que reduce el estrés u otros estados psicológicos como la depresión.
¿Qué riesgos acarrea el deporte de fin de semana?
Los británicos son un buen ejemplo de “deportistas de fin de semana”. En horario laboral, la rutina los lleva de casa al trabajo y del trabajo a casa. Pero el sábado y el domingo, reservan hueco para practicar actividades de alta intensidad. Para algunos expertos, esta tendencia no es del todo recomendable.
